Our Mission
We are building a direct-to-consumer health platform grounded in clinical research, behavioural science, and technology. The category is fragmented, the science is weak, and the market is full of short-term fixes. We are doing something different - and we are doing it at exactly the right moment.
Consumer is being rewritten right now. The old playbooks are dead. AI is collapsing the cost of creative, testing, and personalisation. Distribution models that took years to build can now be assembled in months. The founders who move fast and think clearly in this window will define the next generation of consumer brands. That is the opportunity in front of us - and we are building for it.
The founding CEO, an experienced operator and growth leader with a track record across high-growth ventures, is looking for a Founding Growth Lead: an execution-obsessed operator to build the acquisition and retention engine from scratch.
About the Role
This is a key role, where you will sit directly alongside the founder, shaping strategy in the morning and shipping experiments in the afternoon. There is no team above you, no function below you yet, and no playbook handed to you. You are building it.
You will carry near-full responsibility for growth and have a seat at the table for every consequential decision - product direction, pricing, positioning, launch sequencing. You think in experiments, move fast, and make calls with incomplete data. You use AI not as a novelty but as a genuine force multiplier across everything you do.
You are someone who gets genuinely excited about the mechanics of growth - how a channel scales, why a cohort retains, what makes a creative convert. You want to understand the full picture: acquisition, retention, unit economics, customer behaviour, and you want to own it.
Who We Are Looking For
We are deliberately casting wide on background. What matters most is how you think and what you have built, not where you came from.
Your background could look like many things - a few years in a fast-moving D2C brand, a stint in consulting or a high-growth startup, or something you built entirely yourself. What unites the people we are thinking about is a certain kind of energy: curious, numbers-driven, and a little obsessed with how things grow.
Are you the person who has a side hustle running in a browser tab right now? A Shopify store, a newsletter, an affiliate play - something you built and monetised because you couldn't help yourself. That instinct is exactly what we are looking for.
Across all profiles, what matters is:
You have owned outcomes, not just contributed to them
You are comfortable with ambiguity and build structure where there is none
You think creatively and measure relentlessly
You use AI as a genuine, embedded part of how you work, not an afterthought
You are based in London and ready to commit fully to an early-stage environment
Native or fluent English
This role is particularly right for you if you think about founding something yourself one day. Working this close to a founder, inside the decisions, the experiments, the pivots, is one of the best ways to learn how to build.
